This notice covers this website, mercandimedia.com, run by Mercandi Media LLC. Our product Poly Molly has its own privacy policy at polymolly.dev/privacy.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message, together with the time it was sent. We do not ask for anything else and we do not store your IP address.
Why we keep it
To read your message and answer it by email. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this website (below).
How long we keep it
Messages are deleted automatically 12 months after they were sent. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Who processes it
This website and its contact form run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): the pages are served by Cloudflare and messages are stored in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare also briefly processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and to protect the form from abuse (rate limiting). We receive message notifications and answer them through our business email provider.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated attack.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@mercandimedia.com from the address you used and we will answer within 30 days.
